R&D Hardware Engineer Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent or other engineering field with strong electronics hardware design training. Skills / Special Skills: - Soldering / De-soldering techniques. - PCB Gerber design using Protel DXP. 2 years working experience in R & D field dealing with consumer electronics products. Understand the hardware development flow and design quality requirements. Strong technical background in hardware design with the ability to understand and make decision on the specification on the hardware design requirements through communication with customer, project leader or system design engineer. Strong analytical skills in both analogue and digital circuit design. Knowledge and experiences on embedded microprocessors / controllers are a plus. Knowledge in system modelling, simulation tools as Matlab, Simulink will be advantageous. Scope of Work: To design and develop new consumer electronics products. Implement the hardware design according to the requirement specification within the required timing schedule. Create and maintain hardware documentation. Conduct hardware test, validation and performance evaluation according to the quality standard. To work with software team to define hardware architecture. Lead a hardware design and design group as required and provide technical consults and advices to the group members. Support department manager in identifying future technologies and implementing new hardware design tools and mythologies. Report development progress to department supervisor or manager. 2. Production Operator 3. Purchasing Assistant Requirements: Minimum qualification – SPM, STPM or Certificate in related field. 1 year of related working experience in Purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industry. Computer literate. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both verbal & written). Good communication, co-ordination and negotiation skills. Self motivated, a good team player and able to work independently. Good interpersonal skills. Scope of works: Assist in preparing PO’s – generated and fax PO’s including handling other purchasing related correspondences. Purchasing documents update to ISO requirements – responsible for filing system and ensure all records are properly kept. To ensure goods are purchased according to require specification and delivered on time. Assist to Purchasing Executive in daily purchasing operations. 4. Accounts Assistant Minimum qualification – at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 year working experience in related field. Required skill(s): Familiar with accounting software and can handle full set of account. Knowledge in SAP software is an added advantage. Able to start immediately. 5. Product Sourcing cum Technical Support Qualification: Minimum qualification – Diploma in IT or others related pro-field. Interested and knowledgeable in the computer and IT world. Strong IT Technical background. At least 1 year of working experience in IT. Relevant working experience in sales or IT hardware or peripherals will be considered. Good organisation, communication and analytical skills. Possess strong analytical and writing skills. Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Job Description: To source for and introduction of innovative and new peripherals, IT related gadgets. (To widen and increase the versatility of our products range of the company). To conduct test on new sourcing products. To set-up and implement quality standards and control on product – to provide the necessary training and preparation of WI (Working Instruction) upon introduction of new products for the production staff to conduct QA and QC checking. To buy off products upon arrival to ensure products comply with specs provided by suppliers / vendors. To work closely with RMA dept on the accepting criteria and coverage of products under warranty and returns. Perform department administration duties such as report compilation, proper filing and recording of activities and product data for ISO requirements and audit trails. To maintain toll free support line and to attend to customers complaints or installation. To provide related and precise technical data / features of products to Webmaster.
