Tapassi was born a wild and agile person. In the advent of Blue Thunder, he is the only one with the power of fire and the heart of a serval cat.

He was among 4 individuals who were sought by DIS to help them to make Blue Thunder a success and bring back colours, music and communication to the people.

He wanted to fight evil deeds in order to restore peace and harmony back to its world.
